IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, special procedures will be followed for the upcoming meetings and meetings will be conducted by Zoom Webinar. The link to the webinar will be posted next to each Board Meeting date (below) on the Friday prior to the current meeting, with the exception of special meetings which only require 24 hours notice.

PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURE (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY):
If you wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please complete the public comment request form listed next to the meeting date that you wish to speak at (below) between 5:00PM the Friday prior to the current board meeting and 6:30PM the day of the current board meeting (with the exception of Special Board Meetings, which only require 24 hours notice). At the meeting, you will be located in the audience and will be called on when it is your turn to speak.
